The convenience of telehealth urgent care is beneficial as patients have efficient access to better care. Patients don’t have to take off from work or leave their home, and parents don’t have to find babysitters. One of our goals is to help manage symptoms and conditions virtually to potentially reduce your health costs.
As you and your families can attest, colds, the flu, and sinus infections occur throughout the year. It feels bad to feel this way and makes us want to reach for different medications to help us better. Some of us try OTC (over the counter) medications while others look towards antibiotics such as a z-paks. In these cases, antibiotics are not necessary as they don’t work against viruses like the cold or flu and most often do not help with sinus infections (less than 10 days).
